The Wilderness Survival Kit for Gamers

Heya, folks! Lumpz the Clown here, and I recently wrote an article for Gaming Rebellion where I exude some of the knowledge I’ve absorbed about the gaming community and how we can all better enjoy this amazing hobby together!

When I concocted this idea, I intended for it to be sort of a listicle-type of thing. A checklist of gamer empowerment, if you will. As an insanely angry person for the majority of my life, I decided that enough was enough and wiped the slate clean.

This list is intended to help those who may be wondering why the following occurs:

  • Failed interactions with the opposite sex.
  • Why certain people piss us off so quickly.
  • Viewing the Internet in general as a cesspool of passive/active aggression.
  • Why it’s so hard for others to embrace diversity.

Funny enough, many of these maladies can be cured with one simple ingredient: respect. Granted, this is just a summary rundown, but if you’re interested in the gory details, you can view the entire article over at Gaming Rebellion!

As a teaser, here’s a brief excerpt to whet your palate! Lumpz the Clown OUT!

Okay, Okay…perhaps not the “wilderness” that Bear Grylls pretends to survive in, but rather the one in our very own gamer nooks and computer screens. As a proprietor of clowny gamer entertainment for over four years, I’ve met some great people, discovered some amazing games, and successfully dodged the assholes. However, if it weren’t for those very assholes, I wouldn’t have been able to sit back quietly in the shadows collecting the data that made this article possible. So…thanks?
